By accessing our website and engaging our services (including Income Tax Return filing, GST registration, and business setup), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between you (the Client) and Prime Core (the Firm).

Prime Core provides digital CA and compliance advisory services led by qualified professionals. All filings, audits, and registrations are processed 100% online based on the data and documents you upload. While we aim for the average turnaround timelines stated for each service (typically 1–7 working days), final approval timelines depend on government portals and regulatory authorities.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all financial records, identity proofs, receipts, and invoices uploaded to our secure Document Vault are accurate, complete, and authentic. Prime Core and its associated Chartered Accountants are not liable for any tax notices, fines, interest, or legal penalties resulting from fraudulent, incorrect, or omitted information provided by you.

We offer transparent, all-inclusive pricing with no hidden charges. Services are initiated upon receipt of the package fee. In the event that a service cannot be completed due to eligibility restrictions or system issues identified during our free initial review, a full refund will be initiated. No refunds are provided once an application has been compiled and submitted to government portals.

Our advice is based on the prevailing provisions of the Income Tax Act, CGST Act, Companies Act, and other relevant Indian legislation at the time of service. Prime Core's total liability for any claim, error, or negligence arising out of the performance of a service is strictly limited to the professional fees paid by the client for that specific service.
